Non - EU wife pregnant - status

My Filipino wife came here on Tourist/visitors visa. Got pregnant and wants to stay. I am Irish National and citizen living here for past 20 years approx.
Will she and baby be allowed to stay after birth.

Any help or advice much appreciated.
