Hi all,

my friend she need a help..she is on stamp 4 visa (wife of Irish citizen)..she is going to travel from Dublin to Manchester than getting flight from their to Dubai..Does she need a transit visa for UK?

You didn't say what her Nationality is, here I guess UAE
