Business in Partnership

Post by imran10 » Thu Jun 04, 2015 7:30 am

Hello Guys,

Need your Help.

I am on Tier 1 PSW route, i got my visa individually. i started my consultancy 1 years back but unfortunately its not going good and had invested almost 20% . Now i am planning to start new business with my friend and he got Tier 1 50k with his friend.

The reason for starting a business with my friend is investment and its very high.

Now my question is:

1) As long as i am investing 50k from my side , will it be a problem on my extension?

2) On extension time how can i show that i have invested this money because we will open a new company and will be 50-50% shareholder. the main thing is how can we explain working capital and expenses?????

3) How can i get business loan on this visa, i don't have any house here? Anyone got Business loan on Tier1 50k route??

Waiting for your prompt reply.

Thanks in Advance.

Hi,

It is very complicated to answer but as one of individual posted in this form an experience of his friend where he dissolved his primary company and incorporated a new one. He went abroad and on his return at airport his visa was revoked and he was given 15 days to make new application. It is one of the case to some extend similar to yours... You further seek advise from seniors and hopefully others will also add in further facts and information into this post to help you make your assessment in this regard ....

you will find in the link below about the individual friends experience ....
