need help about how much time should i stay inside UK

hi all

my wife is British i applied for spouse visa at January 2015 and i get for 33 months start in 1/3/2015 end in 31/12/2017

i traveled to my wife at `16 / 4 / 2015 and back to my country for some problems at 6/5/2015

my question is how much time i can stay away from uk ??

and how much time i should stay in uk to be legal to ask for extend for more staying in uk and to be legal to ask later for ILR Visa ??

There is no set rule for people on a spouse visa but absences should be limited and for good reason. At ILR stage, as the rules currently stand, only absences of 6 months or more need to be declared.

Cohabitation documentation and subsisting marriage required for extension and ILR.
