advise please

Post by fagun83 » Tue Jun 09, 2015 11:04 am

Hi everybody,
wondering if anybody could give me any advise in this matter.

i moved moved to this uk in 2007 as a student and went into unmarried spouse visa at 2009 and eventually granted ILR in march 2012.
my relation with my partner broke down by end of the 2012 and he move onto a new relation. yesterday i heard from a mutual friend that his new partner has applied to get a spouse visa and my ex partner declared to home office that our relation ended in end of April and i moved out of house around that time even though i stayed there and relation still existed till end of 2012 to give his new relation more strength time wise. i know i should have applied for naturalisasion soon after and left it way too late. kindly if you could advise me on my few concerns,

1. is his declaration going to effect on my naturalisation application as going from one relation to other soon after getting ILR will cast doubt anyone's mind.

2. if his new partner get refused his visa is is it gonna affect my ILR status?

3. can i use my friends address as a previous address from may 2012 to November 2012 on the AN form and use my ex partners address was a correspondent address on a cover letter as my ex partner told home office i never lived there after April.

4. am i gonna jeopardizes my ILR status by applying citizenship?

don't know what to do? can't afford a solicitor either. please if you guys could help me on this.

many thanks
