Naturalisation without partner's passport

As Casa has already advised, if you don't have acces to the passport, you can use ypur partners birth certificate.

hi i have ilr by married to bc i completed 3 years in the uk but we are seprated now can i apply to naturalization without her passport cuz she will not help can i write letter to home office and explain why she doesnt want help so advice pls ?

No, they will not accept a letter if you are applying on the basis of 3 years residence as a spouse of BC. You need either her passport, birth certificate or naturalisation certificate photocopy of either and you need your marriage certificate (original).

If she is British born, it is easy to get a birth certificate from the GRO website.

If you can't get her supporting paperwork, best would be to wait till you have 5 years residence and apply in your own right.
