Help with teleperformance website

Dear forum

The teleperformance website for Sierra Leone says you have to register and pay £59 to use the service and you will not be able to attend the visa application centre unless you do so but the website does not give you the option to pay.
Has anyone experienced this or does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this issue?
