spouse visa -what to submit in visa application center

we got tomorrow appointment for SETM application

All documents are ready,paid online application fee and NHS ,submitted online application.

we are going to submit

1-sponsor and applicant 6 month payslips and bank statements.
2-sponsor employer letter and last 3 years P60
3-Accommodation-Tenancy agreement,council tax,No objection letter from landlord-accommodation pictures,Council tax bill showing single person resides at property.
4-Nikkah nama both english and urdu
5-Sponsor attested copy of british passport and copies of pages which shows travelling
6-communication evidence-roughly 1 page/week of skype/viber/emails etc
7-IELTS and TB test certificate
8-Pregnancy Report
9-Few letters
10-wedding pictures
11-applicant all passports
12-Sponsor divorce degree original
13-Sponsor letter
13-Application and appendix 2

i think we are covering every thing?


Q-Do we need to submit copy of all documents along originals?
Q-do we need to submit applicant Nadra ID card copy or birth certificate?

I think that you need to get Marriage Relation Certificate (MRC) from Union Council, which you will be provided after you register your Nikah with them.

You say you are applying for SET(M) (permanent residence). Is this correct?

Then disregard the advice I've given you. You'll need to have paid the NHS surcharge of £600 online before your appointment. That's in addition to the visa fee.

as mentioned,paid both application fee and NHS surcharge yesterday.

so all seems ok,no need for ID card/birth certificate and no need to prepare set of copies to submit.
we made one set only for our own record.

I think that they attach more importance to MRC than Nikah Nama nowadays.

It would be advisable to take a photocopy of each of your ID cards.
