Questions on MN1 : help

Post by jnikki4u » Fri Jun 12, 2015 12:11 am

Hi,

We are planning for NCS Service next week once we get the references on MN1 Form.
Meanwhile I have the below questions. Please help.

1.2 : Is it BRP Card Number or Which Reference number ? It says Alphabet and then upto 7 digits. I could not find such combination
1.9 : Born only 8 weeks back and we have not applied any passport so what nationality we can fill
2.1 : What needs to be filled , he is born in UK
2.2 : From his birth there are no changes in our address
2.3 : No Absences for child out of UK
3.1 : ILR for Mother so Mother needs to be ticked ?
3.3 , 3.4 and 3.5 are they relevant and to be filled ?
5.1 : Childs name ?

Cheers
Nikki

Nikki, have you read through the MN1 guide, it has information and details on how to complete the form, page 16 onwards MN1 Guide (Click)

1.2 Leave blank
1.9 Child assumes the parents nationality
2.1 Leave blank, it is for children born abroad.
2.2 Current address
2.3 Leave blank
3.1 & 3.3 Not applicable to you. You don't need to complete Section 3 because neither parent is British.
5.1 Yes, it is the childs application and not yours
Char (CR001 not Casa)
