Appeal Refused

Hi Everyone,

I applied for Enterpreneur Visa in August 014,after my Psw which was refused in october 2014.


Refusal points
1. marketing is not according to requirements because date is not mention.
2.service contracts are not valid because tenure is not mentioned and not signed from both parties.
3. Not registered with HMRC
4. 50K funds bank statement and letter from bank is not original.

I submit appeal against decision.
In month of may 2015 i went for hearing and its been refused.
Findings from the judge in his decision.

1. Marketing is according to the requirements
2. service contracts are according to the law and requirements
3. company is registered with HMRC and company house and still running properly (because i submitted interim accounts in the court)
4. Decision for refusal is right because its strict requirement to submit original ban statement so its not necessary for me to consider other points So i dont accept it. (originals of same date been submitted during the hearing)

(BANK WAS IN BACK HOME SO BANK STATEMENT BEEN DELAYED IN TRANSIT SO I HAD SCAN COPY OF BANK STATEMENT AND I SUBMITTED SCAN COPY. AND I RECEIVED ORIGINALS AFTER SUBMISSION AND RECEIVED LETTER FORM HOME OFFICE DONT SEND ANY THING IF WE REQUIRE WE WILL CONTACT YOU).

My solicitor said we are in better position and we go for appeal again because there is a error of law (continuation of evidence something)

I need some help or information from respected forum users as soon as possible.
