I recently had a bit of a dribble with my UK spouse visa application. My visa application was refused in my first attempt on grounds that I had submitted insufficient documents to prove my marriage was subsisting. Through I finally managed to re - apply and get my visa, I decided to share my experience to help people who could be applying for it in future.
