Uk ancestory Visa for my brother

My grandparents were british they didn't born here but got nationality here they came from pakistan.Myself got nationality on long residency so wondering can my brother come on ancestry visa even my grandparent not born here and another thing my grandparents passed away but have got there passports and proof that my mother is there daughter .
Please help
