Letter to home office for an update, what address?

Post by rk_2011 » Mon Jun 15, 2015 6:04 pm

Our solicitor is asking us to pay a lot of £££ so they could write a letter to the home office to get an update on my sister's FLR(O) application, which BTW is 3 years in process.

As it's only a letter I thought we write it ourselves to see if we can get an update on the implementation of the appeal that she won in the first tier tribunal.

My question is, what address should we send such a letter? I couldn't find any mention on the home office website of where we request in writing for an update.

Woow. You can ask your MP to help you for this matter. It will be slow motion but ££ free.

I have written to my MP. But if we were to write to home office, then what address or email should it be sent to?

My solicior has done it in the past, not sure whether email or it was by post, but they received a response from the Home office with an update.
