My Entrepreneur appeal rejected

Hi Friends
i applied for entrepreneur visa in june 2014, my visa was rejected and appealed in lower tribunal, my case was rejected,
i wanted to know what options are available to me,i was told i can appeal in upper tribunal,
i wanted to know can i reapply for entrepreneur visa again, and what are the chances of the success in the reapplication
my previous application was rejected saying that the genuinety of running the business, they mention that i have the right experience,degree and money,only they have genuineness of the business,
coz i havent started the business operation,i have showed one business contract, money in UK bank account, individual application, CV, previous exp certificate, Business plan,
mine is a financial services company where i need a financial software bloomberg which is contract based for 2 year, if i break i have to pay the 50% of the penality, the cost of the software is 2000 pounds pm, which is quite a lot money, and i provided contract to show in the court, which was not accepted, due to new evidence,
can anybody advise me regarding this matter, it would be a great help,

my PSW visa expired on 9 june 2014
i applied for entrepreneur visa in 1 june 2014 from PSW visa
i got biometric in july 2014
got interviewed in 14 august,
my visa rejected in oct 2014,
i appealed in lower tribunal,
i attended the court on 15 may 2015,
10 june my appeal rejected,

Bro I rejected same reason not geniun business . Rest of evrry thing is ok. I apply to utt I already spent 9 years.

can you tell me the procedure for applying for UTT,
how much time and cost it takes,

I don't know too much my solister send it I got the acknowledgment as well he make it 4 June and I got back 06 Jun.he is the same who fight my case.
