Spouse Visa 2015!!!! HELP

Hello all,

I really hope that my thread gets some answers from you guys.

I've been on Tier 2 Dependent Visa on my husband since January 2014. He got the ILR on October 2014. I've been living qith him since Jan 2014.

My question is:
1) My dependent visa expires on October 2015, but I want to apply for a Spouse visa now as it will reset the clock to get the ILR. Is this a problem if I apply for this visa way too early, before my current visa expires?

2) In the guide it says we should have 6 correspondence documents that address to me and him from the same house. This is a problem because we dont have enough documents that address to both me and him (we only have a joint account statement and house contract. Other bills we just pay seperately). Is that a problem if I just send other documents that address to me and him separately but to the same house?

2. Should be okay. However, you may need 2 separately named letters in place of 1 joint named letter.
