Employment History

Hi All,
I came to UK on Work permit , job offered during Nov 2006 and came to landed in UK Jan 2007 . So in employment History my start date should be landing date and not offer letter date I believe. As I started my financial side of things only after landing here. Just wanted to confirm please.
I was employed , then Self Employed and now Employed Again . Hope no evidences are required ? as MY NI number is referenced in those jobs.

So in employment History my start date should be landing date
Yes or the date you actually started working
Char (CR001 not Casa)

As mentioned earlier , Started as Employee and then Self employed with PAYE(until June 2014 , currently my Limited company is Dormant state) and last one year in Employment. Do I need to show any proof for self employment ? Or is only people who are CURRENTLY doing self employment need to show proofs ? Please clarify
