New born baby in UK for Tier 2 visa holders (Indians)

Post by sforsaran » Sat Jun 20, 2015 6:10 pm

Hi

I need some assistance in order to apply for my daughter British citizenship. She born 10 days before in Uk and I am currently in Tier 2 visa until 2019 and I am in this country for the last 5 years through student and PSW visa. I may be eligible for ILR during 2019. When should I apply for British citizenship for my baby by completing MN1 form. Do I have to do it now when i am applying for birth certificate or I should apply when I get my ILR.

Please advise as I am confused.

Thank you.
