Brother refused to visit, Please help

Hi,

My brother has been refused on some silly points and even he was not called for interview.

Solicitors are asking big money for appeal, Please help or advice.

1.
bank statement does not show regular income as salary
but he got £10,000 in his bank account.
He did not show salary slip, but bank statement was showing
a cumulative salary of 6 months. as he was not taking money from employer so that he can save money for uk

2.
ECO was not able to see his current salary in income tax return
this year salary will not come in income tax return because it is submitted
yearly.
3.
he say you are saying you got 6 month salary for uk which he does not find it credible.
4.
all the report attested by accountant is useless (he got many properties)
as you can get fake documents.

Pls explan all this more thoroughly, it does all sound a bit dodgy....
