Got exact same email as u. My application was submitted day after u. Looked on their website to see processing time. It's says 97% application will receive decision within 90 days. So looks like they way behind.

True though it's fact that not much April's have been processed yet which by now they should have been well into the 2nd week ...
Its either they have a massive workload or they're pace has gone below snail pace

Just be patient and inshallah it will pay off my second application nearly took 6 months because there was a lot of backlog so yh maybe they do have a lot to get through inshallah hope everyone gets good news in this blessed month

@ Stillwaiting what category have you applied under?

If second time it was just an statement why have you not appealed?

Correct me if I am wrong they scrutinized bcoz u applied under savings?

you dont need one until you apply for FLR I.e extension. It dnt come free you have to pay £600 for it lol

First time I applied cat a and d...I was refused because my savings were too less... I wasn't very aware of the whole rules etc so left it to the lawyer and it didn't work out

2nd time I applied under cat a and d again..this time I was refused because of a bank statement I should have submitted a more recent one than the oldest one so I have appealed and appeal has been acknowledged so just waiting for review date now inshallah..I have changed lawyers too this one is much more trust worthy and knows what his doing and he is very confident it will be turned over as it is just a tiny error... Inshallah Allah knows best

I will be submitted documents again next month. wanted to ask, Can the same attested copy of passport be submitted or should it be done again? My first passport copy was attested january this year.

There's no priority service for settlement visas. It's only for visit visas. And yes, if you applied after 6th April then you can't apply without the nhs surcharge

I had it done again as I had traveled to Pakistan between 1st and 2nd application... But I'd get it all redone

After u have made ur application online, how many days do you have to submit ur paper work? & do you have to pay the fee at the time of application or when u submit papers?

You have up to 3 months to submit paper work..and fee is paid when u submit online application
