Need advice for earning in two different country

can any one help me to clear my doubts..

i joined a company A on September 1st 2006 and resigned on July 30th 2007..so i have 11 payslip from that employer..
this august 2007 i got job offer and i moved to other country ..so august, september and this month i am getting in other currency
totally last 14 months i have 11 payslip from one employer [INR currency] and 3 payslip from other employer [in other currency]
In the country i am living i dont have tax so i cannot give tax returns and bank statement is not in eglish..

1. i want to know whether it is adviceble to include the recent 3 months or not?
but i am getting required points without including the recent 3 months payslip..
a. Bank statement for 11 months
b. Pay slip for 11 months
c. ITR for the months from [september 2006 to march 2006]
d. I am getting points of 80 for
age - 20
degree- 30
earning - 30 [for 11 months]

2. If i can include how can i calculate the previous earning points..
3. from where can i apply for HSMP...from India or in country i am living?

You better hurry and apply so the application would allow consideration of the 11 payslips before it goes outside the last 15 month limit
