An EC question

I am planning to apply EC by nov25th as it takes close to 25 days to a month for getting visa nowadays. So At worst case I should get it by dec25th on approval. If that is the case...can tell that I am planning to travel by Jan15th and show hotel booking accordingly? I mean can I say that I may travel a month after getting my visa? or should it be like that I will be travellinng dec25th? basically if I am applying today for visa can I say that I am travelling after 50 days from today? I am thinking whether visa officer will think why I need to wait 1 month for travelling after my visa?

i applied for EC daybefore yesterday and i have informed that i will be travelling on 15 december. also, included my itenarary.

Ur right, this gap is more appropriate and ther cant be isssues around this.
