Does anyone know if a member of staff (County Development Manager in this case) of a County FA (Somerset Football Association in this case) would be suitable for the professional referee for citizenship application?

- if the person you have in mind falls into one of the categories then s/he is likely to prove acceptable to HO:

For example, in their capacity as a development manager are they a qualified accountant or a company director or member of a professional body (or etc)?
