visa for newborn child of hsmp holder

hi everyone,

could you pl tell me which form should i use to aply for visa (residence permit) for my UK born child? I am on HSMP. Is it FLR(O) or FLR(HSMP)?

I think its FLR(O) but would like to confirm.
