which visa to apply

hi i am separated from my wife almost 6 months ago.
i am in tier 1 entrprenuer dependant visa. expires in sep 16
she is in tier 1 entrepreneur visa. expires in sep 16
my 2 years child (born here) is also dependant of her visa. expires in sep 16

i now have supervised child contact order, i can see him for 2 hours in every 2 weeks. what visa i should apply to stay in uk?

your help in this is much appreciated

Your leave may be curtailed before Septemeber 2016 when/if she informs the UKVI. When is your wife due for ILR?

by the way as far as i know she already reported it to ukba 4 months ago that we are no longer together, but i received no correspondence from ukvi yet.
