applying for a provisional licence with a spouse visa

Hi All,

My husband is looking to apply for a provisional licence with his spouse visa. Can he apply for the provisional with a spouse visa or is there a rule that he has to be in the country for 6months or more?

I don't think there is a restriction on applying once the visa is valid. My husband received his within 2 weeks or less couple of months ago.
