Additional points for part time earnings

Hi

Does anyone know whether we can claim points for part time freelance work that we may do alongwith our full time employment.

Can we add the part time earnings to the 12 months total earnings (from full time employment) to claim points?

There is a mention of claiming points for part time earnings in the HSMP guide but it does not mention whether we can claim it alongwith the full time employment.
