@i.need.help

Yes I went Pakistan last October to see her. I've saved up some holidays from work this year which I was going to use here for the wedding. We only did a nikkah in Pakistan as all my family members were unable to travel. But if this case is unsucessful I'm going to use them holidays to go Pakistan again.

@i.need.help & adnan111

I've slipped up with authenticating the wage slips as I didn't realise this was a requirement. I'm hoping that In Sha Allah they will have enough supporting documents to let this slip up slide.

Don't worry this is a pretty minor thing. I am pretty confident they cannot refuse you on this reason by itself, and if they do you just get another letter from your employers confirming that the wage slips are genuine and appeal. But before that they should ask for further information if they are likely to refuse on this point alone, its not like they don't have any evidence at all. The burden of proof is on the balance of probability, and in this case I think it is clear that the payslips are genuine considering other evidence provided.

Where can these forms be found.. Do we still need to fill these in if we have filled the online application.
Also a stupid question does the declaration need to be signed by the spouse in pakistan.. Would we need to fill in and then send to pakistan to be signed..?

Firstly here is the link for both forms....

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... form-vaf4a

-appendix 2 needs to be printed off and filled in by hand
-vaf4a needs to be filled in online on the visa4uk account and then your spouse in Pakistan needs to print it off and sign on the last page were it says applicant signature, then they need to send back to u with all other supporting documents e.g tb test, English, nikka namma etc

What he wrote was an employment letter. Ideally this should also be within 28 days of applying along with your last bank statement/payslip. Hopefully it was.

But since your payslips were online, it was vital to get them stamped/cover letter stating authenticity.

Read below, taken from: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... rement.pdf

3.3.7. Payslips must be original formal payslips issued by the employer and showing the employer’s name, or be accompanied by a letter from the employer, on their headed paper and signed by a senior official confirming they are authentic.
Authenticating e-payslips is an important requirement. But all the best! You should be finding out the outcome anytime soon now. Keep us posted.
Hi guys
My daughter had also supplied her slips which were online prints.
We never authenticated any of the 26 wage slips we submitted, the only difference was that the wage slips contained the head office address and all the regular info contained on the slip.
So I do not agree that this will hamper progress.
When they contact the hmrc, they will find all the info they require to find out what they need to know.
ie, the company associated, date started, gross for each year tax year since joining company and tax paid present and past.
Now if your company is genuine and is well established then you got nothing to worry about Inshaa allah.
What you need to remember is that you need to get employers letter to co-inside with the same info on hmrc records.

In Sha Allah this time I get it. The bank statements were stamped for 6 months by bank as I went there to get them printed. However my wage slips were e-statements that haven't been stamped by my company. Is that going to be a problem?
Hi brother
My daughter applied on the 14th April and she had submitted online payslips, which were not authenticated.
So not to worry, they will find all the info from hmrc records which every employer and company have to be registered to.

Hi,

How much will it effect my case if the dates on my wage slips dnt match the dates the wages go into my account?

The person who payss wages has not been well so some payments have been made late and one payment a day early..

Thanks.

That all depends on the eco that works on the case
Some ECO's are more lenient than others and allow discrepancies ....

They expect the wage slips to correspond to bank statements
So there are 2 things that can happen ...
1st is they look at the wage slips and see the corresponding bank statement and check the amounts match and are satisfied

Or secondly they can decide to use it against the case as they would use it as financial documents not corresponding.

Nobody would be able to say for sure as every eco is different in how they interpret the rules and how far they apply them.

Just keep faith and do dua ... nothing more powerful than dua and in Shaa Allah you will have a positive outcome..

Did you mention in the cover letter though .. if you did that would make your case stronger

Because you got the mail on Friday it would mean the document could reach gerrys today at some point and your Mrs getting the call tomorrow

With the refund it takes few days to come back into account
I just pray they sent the email in error
Wishful thinking I guess ... well it's ramadan so one never should lose hope

It wouldn't really matter as long as the amount on payslip would correspond to your bank statment and the amount comes to ur account on a pattern .i.e. 3rd each month or 5th or 2nd as my fist apication was refused solely coz of the amount not corresponding to the statement the amount on payslip wasn't corresponding to the bank statment 10p or 20p different anyway lets pray for all of us we get news in shahllah
