thanks for your help but is make me worry i spend nearly 4 month hollidayCasa wrote:Well if you arrived in the UK on a spouse visa in 2010 you have more than 3 years residence. As Wanderer has said, you need to apply for and be granted British Citizenship before you qualify for a British passport.
