spouse visa and inancial requirement

Dears

I am British citizen work and live in NORTH Iraq at the moment. I am planning to return to UK with my little daughter(British) and my wife (Iraqi) , my wife is specialist doctor and both of us able to get good job there. I start collecting necessary documentation but I have concern about the following:
1- I take out my salary from my bank account immediately after depositing it by the employer , because many people lost their money through the bank in Iraq as they are not reliable and subject to bankruptcy anytime , MY my question is when I send bank-statement to home office it will be acceptable with no money in my bank account ( only show deposit from employer every month ).
2- my wife get her wage in cash likewise all other government sector employees .how I explain this point to home office?
3- I will sell all I have here before moving to UK but when i get the visa in hand .so I will get around 40000 pound in cash in hand before returning to UK but I can not mention this in visa application , do I able to show then when UK or any advice please cause it will support my application.

we suffering a lot here we are not in safe . life is too complicated despite we have good income here and I don't wanna my daughter suffer like us she deserve better, therefore I appreciate support from everyone cause our future rely on this point.
