These were the criteria based on which my partners application visa was refused im posting it so other people may benefit from this:
A) wage slips covering 6 months prior to date of application if its the applicant has been employed by their current employer for at least 6 months(and where paragraph 13(b) of this appendix does not apply); or(ii) any period of salaried employment in the period of 12 months prior to date of application if applicant has been employed by their current employer for less than 6 months(or at least 6 months but the person does not rely on paragraph 13(a) of this appendix), or in the financial year(s) relied upon by a self employed person.
these wage slips should demonstrate that your sponsors income meets the financial requirement of the immigration rules.
These wage slips should demonstrate that your sponsors income meets the financial requirements of immigration rules.
b) a letter from employer(s) who issued wage slips at paragraph 2(a) Confirming:
the persons employment and gross annual salary.
(ii) the length of their employment:

I didn't provide documentation for b which led to my refusal I assumed pay slips were enough to show I work for the companys I worked for in retail and jobs was permanent I made an assumptions.
you Must also provide documents should cover a period------------- up to within 28 days off application--------------------------- this is for pay slips and bank statements mine was out on this as well,--------------------- you guys don't make the same mistake .
I went bAck home got married so I took time setting up my case t.b test date took my time further out as they wouldn't answer phone...in the end we got through ,, by ringing I think early before like 1 as they dont answer phone after certain time I dnt think.

In additionthe rules (appendix FM SE) state that documentation specified should cover a period upto 28 days of application. your application was submitted on 17/03/2015. however you most recent pay slip was submitted a cover period upto 28/01/2015 only.therefore I am not satisfied your documents meets the requirements in this respect.
I have also considered provision evidential flexibility as set out in paragraph d of appendix FM SE. I have not deemed it appropriate as in this case due to the number of specified documents missing from your application.
I have also considered the particular circumstances set out in your application including in the best respect of any child in the u.k. affected by this decision . I do not consider that there are any such exceptional circumstances
which consistent with the right to respect for family life contained in article 8 of the European convention on human right, might warrant a grant of entry clearance outside the immigration rules.
in the view that you have not provided the specified evidences for the specified period as stated in appendix for specified period as stated in appendix fm-se immigration rules. I am not satisfied you met financial needs.
the appeal form is attatched
I f PosSSIVBLE SHOW DOCS to solicitors, save u
XxxxccSolicitors, you can google them to find their details.
Charge only a £35 consultation fee they can check your documents and give you advice.. they have branch in southall I think east London and other places , if its refused it can bee a too long wait if it goes to court 6-till 9 months try nt risking it. they charged me 450pound for appeal which was my choice just to file the appeal.
I hope eco would reverse decision ...
and its not drop in....
Also u can use phone and pay £35 some other solicitors wanted 150 pounds for consultation.
but I say face to face dealing is best. Also you can drop in .. which means no need to book appointment which is awesome
but go early as I expect them to be busy later on in the day.. I had to wait two hours buts it okay ..
Also I remember another thing the solicitor said that eco use ur least earnings to calculate your gross anuual income,,,,,,.....my pay slips was ruined as I had two weeks holiday apaid and two weeks not paid and in the other job I had three weeks paid. that was because I was getting married haha.. but hopefully they use logic and realize that this figure should not bee used to produce my gross annual salarys in retail ur paid by the hour.
so if u cn avoid something like this do it. im nt sure hw true this is but thts what the solicitor said they use.
All the best
