Income Status

Hi everyone... Need your advise very urgently before submitting our application for Settlement Visa.

We are wondering if the sponsor (my husband)'s bank account need to show a balance that is always in credit, or simply a regular income?

OR

... to show balance that is always in credit AND a regular income?

Please do advise... Really appreciate it!!!

Not everyone can always have an account in credit due to having to pay bill, rent, etc. Therefore, as long as you show up at leat 6 moths bank statement and payslips as evidence that a regular income is earned and obviously paid into your bank account you should be OK.
