thanks for your attention Leinster,
basically I am in Ireland with my unmarried partner and young daughter.
they are both British citizens and we live together here, she works and we have proof like tenancy agreement from the Landlord and other bills on both our names but we have only been here for about 3 months and my daughter is 6 months old.

My first question is; Do we still need to produce 2yrs living together prior to coming to Ireland?
or will it be enough that we have a child together in a durable relationship?
