applying for ILR

hello
your views/guidance required for the following:

- came to uk on HSMP - originally from india -
- worked in accounting field for two years -
- got my extension - now applying for ILR in Nov 07-
- working in accounting filed - part time and part time sales and marketing field.
- over all salary < = 33k.
- rented premises living at my own in london.- shared with friends
- outside UK for a period of 5 months during 5 years.
- year 2 outside UK for 2.5 months continuos stay for holidays - medical condition, and further 20 days in christmas - back home to india for medical treatment - overall <than 3months continuos stay outside uk and overall < 6 months in 5 years, is that ok?

what documents required for ILR?
when t o apply for ILR?
any requirements as to minimum income, etc required?
part time on other area working - any problem in that?
what H O needed and wht i hv to present to qualify for ILR?
any other matters which you people think of my use pls post

I have not applied for ILR yet, but I think some of your questions
have already been answered. You can start by searching the forum.
