URGENT - ILR Eligibility - Much appreciated for replies....

Hello,

I am presently on a Tier1 visa and looking forward for applying for ILR soon. 8 months back during a credit check i got to know that I had a CCJ against my name.

The CCJ was raised for a payment which was defaulted in 2010 I soon after noticing it in my credit file call the court and inquired about it . It was from Orange which I did not Evan realised as I had a dispute with them but they have been sending the debt letters to my previous address The payment was around 500 pound. The court advised me that I settle the payment with 30 days the judgement would be CANCELLED and they would issue me the cancellation letter .

So I contacted Orange the same day and made the full payment and got the letter of cancellation from court.

Please let me know if I should mention about this CCJ in the ILR application form as it has already been cancelled Also please let me know if the CCJ will impact the ILR decision.

Please provide your inputs urgently as I am planning to apply for ILR soon.
