change of accomodation

Post by aniya » Mon Oct 22, 2007 1:19 pm

hello everyone...i didnt read any reply on my post ...and i seriously am confused...i did read the fourm n threads but still..

i recently checked the site for British Embassy in HK....and i found out that now we have to apply online first for the spouse settlement visa..but i was wondering ..as we are planning to Fly to Hk in december..do i fill the form out now??? and coz i'm going to marry (registry) when i go to HK ...will that affect the application ...as i would have already sent the form????

and one more question...i have been living with my Husband since last year october...he have been living with a old lady who is their old family friend...so he has prove of BT line, bank coming to this house..he wasnt paying no rent as he was staying with her to help her..
now we decided to move out soon within this month...
the place we are moving to is a 2 bedroom flat .. we only paying rent ..all bill are included...
so the question is when we are going in december ..it'll be only 1 months proof from the new address and the remaining 6 months from the old..

will this be ok ..or will this cause any problem??

please can someone shed some light on this...

Answered about the ticket in another thread.

If you have the tenancy agreement and evidence that you have paid the deposit this will be fine.

You can complete the form before you go over, but now is a bit early.

You should fill in the form as if you are already legally married, so if you don't yet know the date you can't apply.

thanks alot Victoria.
its just that my husband is getting only 2 weeks off from work..so i was not sure if i fill the form in at the last minute,..will i have to wait for them to reply back, or do i just go to the consulate with my printed version and all other documents after making an appointment???

And one more thing..i read about this SUO7 form...do i have include that in my spouse settlement visa??? my husband can only provide the tenancy agreement on the new flats address as the bills and council tax are not on his but the landlords name???

thank you everyone and Victoria once again
