At that time i did not have a permanent job either so i thought of going for first time child s British passport but when at that time the passport came through i had been with my employer of exactly 6 months so timing was quite good but i also did not think of "Right of Abode" at that present time. but news for people who are in a this situation.

Hi,
I applied for Online application on 12th June and my TB test appointment was booked for 15th June through email on 1st June. I think I made a mistake by not getting an appointment for my TB test as earliest. Their phone service doesn't work so you have to email them to get an appointment.
Anyways I was worried if my TB certificate will be acceptable if I get it after my online application date. This is the reply I got from them.

Thank you for contacting the UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
Service.

You can start and process your online application for your visa but you
will need to hand in your TB test when you handed in your documentation at
your appointment.

For any further details, or should you need to contact us again please
refer to our website at https://ukvi-international.faq-help.com/, select
appropriate country, click next and then select 'E-Mail form' and complete
as instructed. We will aim to come back to you within 1 day.

Kind regards,

JAMES

Some of you are making the mistake of leaving the TB Test last minute or booking it after the online application has been submitted and paid for.

You should have every single document including the TB test certificate ready before doing the online application. Now some of you are experiencing possible delays because of the TB test. And if anyone's TB test doesn't comeback clear then you will have more issues. Plus unnecessary stress.

You need to email them requesting for a TB test appointment. They will then email you back asking for some info from you and giving you details on how to pay.

You can get their email by calling the TB test appointments number.

Easy way of printing screen shots..

Save them into 1 folder on ur computer/laptop. Then highlight then and right click & select print.

This will give u options how many pics/images u wnt 2 print on 1 page u can hav option of 1, 4, 9, or more images on 1 A4 page.

This is how I am printing my whats app convo screen shot.

When my wife applied, the only email I received was telling us that the documents had been received in Islamabad. After that we didn't receive any emails, apart from the reply to my escalation telling us that the application had been concluded. No emails after that. Just a call and text from Gerry's a telling us to pick up the passport.

This dont give u the option to crop pics only to print. I dnt think it matters how wide the pics are as it will shrink the size of the pics according to how many pics can fit on 1 page. But it gives u a preview of how it will look b4 u print.

Which city ?

If you are living local, then sure, you can try. But if you are living outside of city in which you applied, then best to wait.

The only reason why this has happened to me is cus we began completing the online application but then last my father in law sadly passed away in our minds we had prepared everything with enough time we didn't know if the unexpected events that would occur.

Thanks for sharing this as i'm preparing screenshots now a days can u tell me that are we allowed to crop pics ? i mean desktop skype screenshots are wide.
This dont give u the option to crop pics only to print. I dnt think it matters how wide the pics are as it will shrink the size of the pics according to how many pics can fit on 1 page. But it gives u a preview of how it will look b4 u print.
You can paste desktop screenshots into word which will allow you to crop and arrange them. You probably don't need to crop screenshots from your mobile though just the desktop ones. A tip to save you from having to crop all the desktop screenshots is to press alt + print screen and it will print screen the active window only.

Something that I did which I thought was more easier for the ECO was provide a summary of all the calls/skype in text format and then provided several screenshots for every month.

Good to see that application are progressing much faster. Maybe because visit visas/ students visas are reducing now due to rush in june. New applications are now going Sheffield so could this mean Islamabad team now have less workload? or was it always decided in Sheffield and then the documents shipped back to Islamabad.

@zoopla

bro the problem is that in active window?(skype pc) an advertising windows is attached which comes along with snaps i dont know how to get rid off it lol.
as for alt+print screen i use ScreenshotCaptor(pc software) u can set shortcut keys to take screenshot and no need to paste it on paint or somewhere else just save it by a click or enter button.
