I have been refunded my NHS Surcharge back into my back account, but have not received any email or reason why....Does anyone know why this should happen....I have been advised to pay again or should I wait?...Also the new rules state I cant pay online anymore.

Have u asked for an update and what's your timeline?
It's best to wait until u hear from the embassy before u try to pay again

Refund is usually a result of a refusal. There's another member on here who got a refund email even before getting a final decision on his wife's visa. It was refused.

Call the ukvi helpline and ask them if its been processed or not like that you will be able to make a judgement.

----- As per my knowledge it is from the time of biometric that the clock starts to tick. As far as the time is concerned 12 weeks means 84 days or 60 working days which is their published service standard. I have yet to find 90 days processing time information.

My time line is exactly similar to you. My wife escalated her case on 2nd August and got a mail from ukvi that your application is processed and then one this morning to say your passport has reached your vac. To my calculation your 60 working days will be over on 7th August.
Hope your hear some great news soon Insha Allah.
I'll let all know what was the outcome in my case

My partner recieved the processed email yesterday and today he recieved a text saying the processed visa application for GW... Was recieved on 5/8/15!

Please help? Should he go to pick up now?

This morning I received the following mail:

'Concluded. Application will be sent to VAC in due course. The applicant
will be contacted through VAC once the documents are ready for collection.'

Has anybody else received this sort of mail and what was the outcome.

any idea how long does the application usually take's in ECO's Queue?

Why is every body getting in a who ha on when to collect, u u collect once you've had an email or text saying ready for collection during Gerry's opening hours, this could be straight away or within 7 WORKING days not 7 continues days. No point Phoning them their useless just be patient and if u live really close then no harm going

Also if u get a message saying its processed and then soon after u get a NHS refund email its a refusal, its happened before 2/3 times

Dear **********,

This is an email to confirm that your UK visa application has been processed and will now be returned to the Visa Application Centre for collection.

You will be contacted when your passport and documents are ready for collection. Please do not go to the Visa Application Centre before you have been advised to do so and you are also reminded to avoid making travel plans until you have collected your passport.

but no call...means its in Islamabad at the moment so..it will take 1 or 2 days to reach Mirpur i guess..lets see...
I have heard someone said if u get only 1 email then ur visa is refused... im so nervous

Ukvi processed mail : 3rd August 2015
Passport collected : 5th August 2015 with 30 days visa granted Alhamdulillah.

I truly and sincerely pray that May Allah SWT get us through this difficult time and make us successful. Ameen
