Hi All,

Just wanted to up date the group regarding the letter from the FTT. I have received the letter yesterday from my Lawyer/Representative with a review date of 11th November 2015.

Don't know what will happen after this as this date looks really far to me.

Any ways Thanks to Almighty Allah for this as well which is a positive sign that at least things are moving some where and not just waiting and waiting Insha Allah all this will be over one day with a positive ending Insha Allah.

I request every one to remember me in your prayers and Insha Allah I'll also remember every one in my prayers.

Basically after you get your review they normally give u a response 28 working days later but not always, I've never heard of actually finding out on the deadline, its normally weeks before but if the deadline has ended and no reply then it goes to court

im not 100% sure but it sounds like it will most likely go to court now as u only have 4 weeks left but u never know

Brother you and me are kind of in the same boat, my wife's Visa was refused because the eco couldn't find a record of her English Certificate online which I know it is as I got it confirmed by cambridge English, I also need to fill in the IAFT-6 form which they changed to after April 6th.

Because after April 6th the appeal process has changed and you have to use the form they supply or equivalent online

On your decision notice it tells you which form to use when appealing as all the people who applied for visa after April 6th have to use the new forms as they abolished a lot of our rights to which we can appeal by, I think I'm probably the only one here who applied after April 6th 2015 and is appealing based on the new rules

Sorry to confuse anyone, but whether you applied for you UK visa application before or after April 6th 2015 depends on what appeal form you will use as stated by the new government immigration rules

I applied in Feb they sent me form 6, but I still submitted form 2 and I've had appeal notice the online form is also no.2 if u look online no.6 is for asylum and no.2 is for appeal against Eco decision think u need to re read

So strange then the eco told me to fill out IAFT 6, can I ask if you filled in form and sent it off or applied online and if so what options did you choose as this news has can change my application cosiderably !!

As you can see this is identical to IAFT 2 apart from the him rights thing
