ILR fast tracking.. 5 million turn over and job creation

hello guys,

I have my fast tracking ILR in june 2016 .i have been running my IT company since 2012 and have already created 2 jobs ,invested 50 K In UK as employee salary , office space rent etc and in addition i am investing another 50 k as directors loan next month .But in the meantime i started another company and nearly achieving 5 million turn soon.

But my questions are

1.can i show turn over in one company and all other requirements on my first company which i showed for my initial application?

2.is my above mentioned investment enough for me to qualify?

So the £5 million turnover came about without any investment from you into that company?

actually my whole of the first company was working for the second one including my employees...

let me be very clear here..one is a telecom service provider and the new company is a VOIP whole seller and supported by my first one.

again, i have invested money too in the second one but didnt need any employees as i have been employing 3 full time engineers in my first company..and first one (used for initial app and hoping to show for ILR /EXT) is a purely technical service provider but the second one (5 million )is in VOIP Trading and supported by first one..

for the accelerated ILR , is the requirement 10 jobs and 5 million together or any one of these separately?
