ILR dependant

Hi,
I have a query about my dependant's eligibility to switch visa, details below:
Me : I'm on Tier-1 General migrant visa(valid till Oct'17) and am eligible for ILR in Jan'16 as i'm going to complete 5 years stay in UK
My wife: Joined me in UK in Jan'15 on Dependant Tier-1 visa(valid till Oct'17)

I'm plan to apply for ILR in Jan'16 and i want to know if my wife will be eligible to apply to switch to ILR dependant along with my application or will she need to wait some time and apply separately after i get my ILR?

Would appreciate a timely response.
