Post by kranthi15 » Mon Oct 29, 2007 5:13 pm

hello all

I recently got my HSMP approval

I am applying for jobs in UK
one of the consultant is askig me to send my hsmp approval letter to them to make it for their referance and telling that

will be in touch with anything that may be of interest to me.

Please suggest me what to do?
Cheers

Well definitely don't send the original! I suppose it is reasonable for them to want proof of your visa before putting you forward for jobs (you'll have to show it to them if you get a job anyway). I'd suggest a photocopy of your visa in your passport should be enough for them at this stage.

I guess the agencies would require it only to ensure to the employer that you have a work permit. Hence a scanned copy also should do.
