Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

Yes, it was the only reason.

My wife says she opened the sealed A4 envelope. The first page was a letter and then a few pages after this outlining the decision and reasons. Then appeal documents....and THEN on the very top of all the other supporting documents..the 7 wage slips provided. All in chronological order.

I have been on the phone to my local MP. He has asked I go and see him and take all evidence/documents I have so he can have a look.

So many months of waiting and this is the outcome...devastated.

May Allah help me and my family through this difficult time.

I pray the rest of you have no such problems and don't have to experience this heartache.

as a fellow muslim brother ican only advice you My brother give sadqah and WALLAHI ALLAH SWT WORKS IN MYSTERIES WAY. ALLAH SWT IS THE BEST OF PLANNERS.
HE KNOWS WHAT WE DON'T.

Iook at my appeal timeline brother... Waiting since may 19th, I reckon I should hear something this month, if successful then hubby will get call letter can take 10 days that's when u hand is passport then about 2 weeks later u get call to come collect passport back , so of everything goes well in my estimation hubby should be here in September so that's may-september

if not successful at review then it will go to court which can take 4-6 more months

Do we need to provide attested photocopy of spouse sponsor's passport or just the normal ?? I am enclosing my passport copy and relevant travel in and out stamps ?? are they enough ?

It's not a must that u get your passport attested but a lot of people do and did including myself

its frustating everytime they change somthing and dont even bother to mention on their website at all

now if anyone who dont have card in pak how they will pay???

btw is it possible if sponsor pay fees in pkr from uk with their uk bank card and the money automatically convert from GBP to PKR?? is it possible ??

Send the full 30 pages as colour copies on a4 and get it stamp by lawyer.

Totally no need to send photocopies of all the passport. The bio page is a must, but if you want to send any other to show entry and exit stamps, then that's fine.

Wow that's a long time...I thought it takes 28 days... That's a long time to wait for something which isn't your fault

It's normally 28 working days once appeal notice has been received I received mine 14th July, my 28 working days will be up 21st august so I will be calling them around that day to c if any updates

Yes u can still appeal, and if it goes to hearing then up to a year however before that is a review stage that can take 3-4 months

Take them to court and lodge claim against them.
You must have your sponsor letter or appendex which shows list of documents attached.
Wait for esclation result and then go for review.

I mean y would we be so kind enough not to put in wage slips and bank statements in a visa case.

I had put all details on the front page and even put everything in a clear folder with contents page outlining everything clearly. Even my wife colour coded it so even a person who had no experience would find it easy to go through

I am soo shocked and dissapointed. Not sure what the next step is. Might have to call visa people tomorrow morning. Did you use the direct uk number or the pakistan number....if you used uk number can you call them even at 8 am (seen as though pakistan time will be 1pm?

well yes now when we fill form and when comes to payment page its showing fees in PKR though previously it was in GBP

Did you receive a NHS refund email? This can be before or after, but either way, it means visa is refused.

Shall we all start some kind of a petition or call to action? reading the thread today is heart breaking all due someones incompetence or deliberate action to delay spouse application? if this is happening to more than one person surely it is not a mistake.
