Working as onsite employee with HSMP visa for indian company

I know many of the indian companies send their employees to UK on work permit. These employees work at client site in UK.
Is there any one who is working on HSMP visa for indian company in UK at the client site? Is it possible so? Is there any legal issues like tax documents? I have heard most indian companies do not give the tax documents to the employee. They pay tax in bulk for all their employess thorugh some other scheme? Any details will be very help ful.
I am planning to use HSMP visa to go through indian company and stay there for 6 months and switch. I will need tax paid document for filing tax return further.

Well, if the Company is sending u on a WP then most of them dont give you salary slips...So applying for HSMP becomes difficult.
But if u want to use HSMP instead of WP good for u and them(they save fees for your WP)
