PEO and Postal application

Hello, me and wifes visa is expiring in October 2015. I will be applying for ILR while my wife will be applying for an extension (my dependent, only been here for last couple of months). I am currently on Tier 1 (General).

I was wondering if its possible that i apply earlier (28 days) for ILR on PEO while my wife and baby apply on post. Please note our Visa's are expiring in same month,

Please let me know if that's possible

yes you can do that. once you have got your ILR, you can apply by post for your dependants

thanks khan82, if for example if i don't get my ILR in time, would they be still able to apply.
