H1B extention

I am have only 2 months left in completing my fifth year. I would like to get extention for 7th year. My current employer has not filed my green card yet. How do I get extention for 7th year. I have approved labor from my previous employer. Is it possible to get 7th year extention based on that approved labor?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
