Help: Applying for British Passport for a Child

Hello everyone,
I just need help clarifying the following issues:
I and my wife have ILR since 23/09/2013. Our child was born last June 2015. We are in the middle of applying for British Passport for our child, my questions are:
1. Does our child need an MN1 form before applying for British Passport?
2. Do we need a marriage certificate in the supporting document for our child’s passport application?

Where was child born (UK or abroad)

1) If born in UK then No.

2) If born in UK then No.
