Spouse Visa refused! Need help what to do next

My UK spouse visa application got refused. I received the notification yesterday. I have been married to my UK husband for 20 years with three children. We lived more than 20 years in UAE. We applied using savings route because my husband contract ended here and he is supposed to start new business back in UK.
My grounds for refusal is not meeting the financial requirements. The £62,500 has been in our accounts since December. We presented them 3 accounts. 2 accounts from foreign bank and 1 account from UK. The UK account statements were only stamped but we explained the reasons why and informed them that we could submit needed documents if requested as they had to come from UK.
The other account is term deposit to yield higher interest. The bank provided me certificate of deposit and certificate stating the monthly balance for the last 6 months. They didn't accept this one.
My family already left for UK because the children had to start school. We can't cancel our UAE visa because of this visa issues.
What is the best option for me to move this forward quickly as the stress of having family apart is taking its toll on everyone including the children.
If we can provide the requested docs with right format, is it to appeal or to re apply. Please help!!!

I think the entire £62,500 has to be readily accessible and have been for six months and if some of it was not (being in a term account) then that's why the visa was refused.

If so, move it to an open account and reapply in six months time.

The term deposit is free of any hold out. The bank issued statement for that. It can be accessed anytime.

We have Policy with Zurich International, can we use the money there without waiting for 6 months?
