travelling

Post by chocolateorange88 » Wed Sep 02, 2015 11:21 pm

My husband applied for BC and done his biometrics on 24th June.

He wants to go back to his country on 22nd September as he wants to spend time with family over Eid. He will return on 12 October. A customer at his work is an immigration barrister and told him that 99% he should be ok but he suggested we should call them to make them aware JUST in case they ask to see the originals even though we used NCS ( I've seen posts on here where the applicant used NCS but HO still wanted to see original)

what do you guys suggest ?

He should be fine to travel. It is rare for HO to ask to see the originals and as you will be in the UK (I assume), you can keep an eye on the post for HO letters or approval letter, ceremony letter etc.
