Professional Refree - IT Contractor & Director

Hi,

I am in the processing of filling the AN application form and have a query regarding professional refree.

My friend is an IT contractor and he is a Director of his VAT registered Ltd. Company. Can i use his reference as a Professional Refree?

Any info. regarding this will be highly appricated.

Assuming the candidate referee meets the time requirements, is not related to you in anyway, nor an employee of HO & does not have an unexpired criminal record then you should be good to go.

The candidatae refree meets all the requirments but he started his company 1.5 yrs back, is this okay?
