Hi All
I will be applying for SPOUSE VISA by the beginning of October 2015, and need help.
After reading a lot of information provided on this forum; here is my conclusion:
Requirements:
- a secure Job
I started in middle of March with 18 Month contract then received permanent contract after 5months.
Therefore, I will provide both contracts!
- £18.600 (TAX included) per year
I am currently on £20.000 + Benefits per year (round to £24K per year - Tax included)
- Payslip for last 6 month
unfortunately, all my payslips are online and will have to print them on a paper.
Will also ask to print them on headed paper with stamp from HR << if this is required??
- House-Accommodation
Unfortunately, I do not have my own place but live a shared accommodation!
However, I also got my own double-bed room at my parents house. The house is rented by them and they are on Incapacity Benefit << hope that does not play a role ??
I will provide a letter from the housing association stating there is enough space for my wife to move in.
I also will provide a letter from my parents having no objections for her to move in.
question: will I have to provide any figures to "how much rent I am paying?"
obviously, as they are my parents ... I am not paying a monthly bill, if this makes sense!
- Proof that we have meet or married
Yep, we been together since almost 2 years and got engaged and just recently married too.
However, I have dual citizenship and got married back home with my homeland passport (not with UK pass). We got the marriage certificate which is in English language also.
Therefore, I will provide pictures (facebook link to our profile)
- Saving ?!
Saving over £11K but I guess my monthly income shows the 18.600+ figure so, I dont think the saving is relevant?
------------------------------------------
When it comes to Visa Online Application, I will fill it out with her details and myself as the spouse / sponsor! Hope, I will not have to hire a solicitor to do this, as it costs me over £800 for the application!
Guess the application itself is straight forward... right?
QUESTION(S)
- Is there anything I am missing as part of the application?
- could I start the application this week and have the date (appointment) set for next month, because I am still waiting for my last payslip by the end of this month ?!
